What we put in the mobilisation pack
Insurance certificates, SWMS for the actual task, lift studies where plant is involved, and supplier-portal artefacts already named for the head contractor. Project controls then keep a weekly safety, cost and IPP cadence until handover.
If you are an asset owner, ask your delivery partner to show last month's pack — not the template. That is the test.
