Building an allied plant pool without losing accountability.

A practical model for plant + partner pools that keeps procurement happy and operators safer.

One agreement, two pools

Owned plant is the core: forklifts, tractors, compact track loaders, mulchers. Allied plant covers cranes, floats, camps and specialist kit we do not need to own on day one.

Procurement still wants a single ABN, a single insurance tower and a single set of SWMS. We mobilise both pools under one Indigenous-owned head agreement so the client is not managing a web of subcontractors.

Accountability stays with us

Allied partners are pre-qualified, VOC'd and brought onto the same reporting cadence. Lift studies, CoR and IPP numbers do not leave the Mad Emu pack just because the crane is allied.

Browse the current plant list, then send the scope. We will tell you what is owned, what is allied, and how fast it can move.
